RETURNS & REFUNDS
Find information about our TuffBlock refunds, exchanges and returns below.
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it and;
- Within the original packaging.
- Contain all original units
To return your products, please contact us at info@buildtuff.com.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Your return box(es) should be clearly marked with “RA” and your Order Number. Example: “RATUFF1000".
- Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
We cannot send to PO Box or Parcel Locker addresses. Please ensure you provide a residential address.
