TuffBlock 12-Pack Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter of this giveaway is BUILDTUFF PTY LTD, trading as BuildTuff Australia, ABN 52 650 818 885, of 3/56 Lavarack Avenue, Eagle Farm QLD 4009.

2. Promotion period

The giveaway opens on Wednesday 24 June 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on Wednesday 1 July 2026.

Entries received outside the promotion period will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility

Entry is open to Queensland residents aged 18 years and over.

Employees, contractors, suppliers, agencies and immediate family members of the promoter are not eligible to enter.

This giveaway is open to Queensland residents only. Entries from outside Queensland will be deemed invalid.

4. How to enter

To enter, eligible entrants must scan the QR code or visit the giveaway landing page and complete the online entry form during the promotion period.

Entry is free. No purchase is required to enter.

Only one entry is permitted per person. Multiple entries from the same person, email address or phone number may be deemed invalid.

Incomplete, incorrect, automated, fraudulent or duplicate entries may be disqualified at the promoter’s discretion.

5. Prize

There is one prize to be won: 1 x TuffBlock 12-pack, valued at $210 AUD RRP.

The total prize pool is valued at $210 AUD RRP.

The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. If the prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the promoter’s control, the promoter may substitute the prize with another item of equal or greater value.

6. Winner selection

The winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries.

The draw will take place on Thursday 2 July 2026 at 3/56 Lavarack Avenue, Eagle Farm QLD 4009.

The first valid entry randomly drawn will win the prize.

The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. Winner notification

The winner will be notified by email and/or phone within 2 business days of the draw.

The winner must respond to the promoter and provide any information reasonably required to confirm eligibility and arrange prize delivery.

The winner’s first name and suburb may be published on the BuildTuff Australia website, social media channels or email communications.

8. Prize delivery

The prize will be delivered to the winner’s nominated Queensland address within one month of the winner being confirmed, unless otherwise agreed in writing with the winner.

The promoter is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery details, failure by the winner to respond, courier delays or events outside the promoter’s reasonable control.

9. Unclaimed prize

If the winner does not respond, cannot be contacted, does not confirm eligibility or does not claim the prize within 3 months of the draw date, the promoter may conduct a redraw.

The redraw will take place on Friday 2 October 2026 at 3/56 Lavarack Avenue, Eagle Farm QLD 4009.

The redraw winner will be notified by email and/or phone within 2 business days of the redraw.

10. Verification

The promoter may request proof of identity, age, residency and eligibility before awarding the prize.

If an entrant is unable to provide reasonable proof of eligibility, the promoter may deem the entry invalid and select another winner.

11. Privacy

By entering this giveaway, entrants agree that the promoter may collect and use their personal information for the purpose of administering the giveaway, contacting the winner and delivering the prize.

Personal information may include name, email address, phone number, suburb and delivery address if required for prize fulfilment.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with the promoter’s Privacy Policy.

Entrants may contact the promoter at bradley.henry@buildtuff.com to request access to, or correction of, their personal information.

12. Marketing consent

Entrants may be given the option to subscribe to BuildTuff Australia marketing communications.

Subscribing to marketing communications is optional and is not required to enter the giveaway.

Entrants who subscribe may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by contacting the promoter.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the promoter is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, delay, technical issue, system failure, lost entry, incomplete entry or other issue arising from or in connection with this giveaway.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies any rights an entrant may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be lawfully excluded.

14. General

The promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the giveaway if an event outside its reasonable control affects the proper conduct of the giveaway.

The promoter may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits an invalid entry, provides false information or otherwise breaches these Terms and Conditions.

By entering this giveaway, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

15. Social media disclaimer

If this giveaway is promoted on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn or any other social media platform, entrants acknowledge that the giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with that platform.

Entrants release the relevant social media platform from any liability associated with the giveaway.
